Based on what you shared, our firm isn’t the right match for your matter. Our practice is intentionally focused on estate planning, probate, estate administration, and related matters. When a matter falls outside that focus or service area, we believe it is best to connect you with an attorney whose practice is better suited to your needs.
For estate planning, our work is focused within the Dallas–Fort Worth area. When you’re located more than about 50 miles outside of Dallas, it’s usually best to work with someone closer to you.

Legal assistance organizations
These organizations provide free or low-cost legal help to qualifying individuals in Texas.
Legal Aid of
NorthWest Texas
Covers Dallas, Tarrant, and surrounding counties. Handles some estate and probate matters for qualifying clients.
Lone Star Legal Aid
Covers Houston, Harris County, and East Texas. Relevant for probate matters outside the DFW area.
