Every estate plan comes with the following incapacity documents: Medical Power of Attorney, Financial Power of Attorney, Advance Directive to Physicians (Living Will), HIPAA Release, and a Declaration of Guardian in Event of Subsequent Incapacity.
The Fundamental Will Package is a will-based estate plan.
It is for the individual or couple leaving assets outright and free of trust. Outright means their share will be distributed into their name now with no further strings attached.
Two meetings are included with each package: a virtual Document Review meeting and an in-person Document Execution meeting.
The Fundamental Will Plus Package is a will-based estate plan.
It is for the individual or couple who needs testamentary trusts to address additional conditions for their unique family situation. They may want to leave assets to minor children. Their family may be a blended family. They may want to leave assets to individuals who are not minors but can’t receive assets outright and free of trust. They may have a complex distribution plan, have special instructions, or want to make charitable bequests.
Two meetings are included with each package: a virtual Document Review meeting and an in-person Document Execution meeting.
The Life & Legacy Trust Package is a trust-based estate plan.
It is a thorough plan for the individual or couple with estates of up to $10 million whose goals, financial or otherwise, fit the need for a revocable trust which may include leaving wealth to future generations, or lifetime management of assets in the event of incapacity. In addition to the standard documents included with every plan, this package includes a pour-over will and related trust documents.
Two meetings are included with each package: a virtual Document Review meeting and an in-person Document Execution meeting.
The package fees quoted for the Life & Legacy Trust Package are minimums and the total fee will depend on the complexities of your situation and the amount of trust funding. You will be provided with a more accurate fee during your consultation.
