Plan an act of compassion
Too often, when someone becomes incapacitated or dies, they end up leaving a mess behind to be sifted through and figured out by the surviving family and friends. This avoidable mess can end up costing your loved ones excessive time and money.
If you’re here, then a mess is probably not the legacy you want to leave behind. With a comprehensive and customized estate plan, you can prepare your family and reduce or eliminate the frustration and chaos that can come from losing you.
How to Know If You Need Planning
You’re Over 18
Once you turn 18, you need to have your own estate plan because your parents can no longer act on your behalf without proper legal documentation.
You Have Kids
If you fail to appoint a guardian and you (and your spouse) pass away or become incapacitated, the court will decide who raises your kids.
You Own a Bank Account, Car, and/or Property
Wealth is not a requirement for good estate planning. If you have assets, you should control who gets what.
